$1,500 flat for one full day
Designed for day-long trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, all-day programs, wellness intensives, ministry and community programs.
Night-before access is subject to availability. Against the $175/hour Revival Room rate, a day-long booking can exceed $1,500 quickly. Full-day rate terms confirmed with your quotation. Any additional fees confirmed with your quotation.

We don't offer instant self-service booking. Every reservation request is reviewed by a real person, so a date is never confirmed automatically and double-bookings are avoided.

A member of our team checks the calendar and follows up by phone or email.
We agree on the room, date, time and setup together.
After approval, M3 issues your payment link personally. Paying the 50% deposit locks in your date; the reservation becomes confirmed once the deposit is received.
$75/hr Art Room or $175/hr Revival Room × reserved hours. The mandatory Maintenance & Security Fee is $125 for the Art Room or $185 for the Revival Room. Setup's first hour is included free; additional setup, breakdown and final exit time are billed at the selected room rate. The 50% deposit locks in your date and the remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior.

The Art Room is $75 per hour plus a $125 mandatory Maintenance & Security Fee. The Revival Room is $175 per hour plus a $185 mandatory Maintenance & Security Fee. The Art Room comfortably accommodates 20–25 people. The Revival Room comfortably accommodates 70–75 people.

A 50% deposit is required to lock in your date — until the deposit is paid, your date is not held. The remaining 50% balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Final pricing and availability are subject to confirmation by M3 Revival House.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, the funds already paid are not refunded, but they roll over as a credit toward a future event, subject to availability.
